Shipping and Processing Fees

Shipping charges are based on costs we incure in providing this shipping service to you, including actual shipping costs charged by Canada Post, materials used to package the item(s), and processing/handling charges to get the item to you.

Shipping information is available before you proceed to checkout. Clarification of the shipping methods/choices are found in your shopping cart as you proceed to CHECKOUT.

We do combine shipping for multiple items. While shipping charges for multiple items are quoted on a per item basis, this quote at CHECKOUT may not reflect the actual shipping and processing fees accurately for multiple items. Rest assured, we are happy to reimburse any overcharge in shipping, materials and processing to your payment.

Delivery dates for shipments to the USA and Internationally can be delayed due to customs regulations. All customs or duty charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

*Please note: You do not need to have an account to shop with us. You may proceed shopping as a guest. Please leave the password fields empty if you do not want to create a personal account with our shop. We do require your email address and billing and shipping information.

Method of Payment
Keeble's China Registry and keebleschina.com accepts VISA MASTERCARD or international money orders cashable in Canada.

We Recycle
We pack professionally. New packing materials are used. However, we do occasionally use recycled boxes when possible. Only clean packing materials are used in our recycling efforts. If you wish new materials only, we can accommodate you. Please let us know. Only new materials are used for gift orders.

Orders
All items are shipped Monday through Friday. Orders processed after 2:00 pm, will be shipped the following business day. Orders processed on Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped the following Monday/Tuesday with some exceptions including statutory holidays.

Canada Post
Keeble’s China Registry and keebleschina.com ships worldwide fully insured with Canada Post.

Returns
If you are not happy with your item, you may return within 30 days. No returns are accepted without authorization and Keeble’s China Registry stamp and paper label on product. No exceptions. We are unable to credit any shipping/handling fees on returned items. A restocking fee may apply.
